Shea's experience includes executive leadership as the Vice President of Operations at Clover Health, overseeing all core operations for a Medicare Advantage plan, and various senior director roles at Florida Blue, managing payment integrity and claims operations strategies. Earlier in the career, Shea held positions at Ernst & Young, the U.S. Department of State, Omnicare, and Rooms To Go. Education credentials include a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from Xavier University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
