Justine Lee Gallon possesses extensive experience in organisational effectiveness and development, currently serving as Head of Organisational Effectiveness and Development at both Healthforce.io and Kena Health since 2020 and 2021, respectively. Prior to these roles, Justine was a Learning Experience Developer at AHP | Africa Health Placements, contributing to health services deployment in underserved African regions. Justine began career development at Telesure Investment Holdings as an HR Consultant during an Industrial-Organisational Psychology internship. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Culture Project and Socialisation Analyst at EYT Culture, following an internship while completing education. Justine holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of South Africa, along with an Honours degree and a BA in related fields from the University of Johannesburg.
