Shuki Licht has extensive work experience in the field of AI, machine learning, data science, and innovation. Shuki currently holds the position of VP AI, Machine Learning & Data Science | Head of Innovation at HealthEquity, where they are responsible for driving the development of data and AI business strategy and leading the AI tech team. Previously, Shuki served as the Chief Innovation Officer and SVP AI, Machine Learning & Data Science at Finastra, where they delivered innovation-led products, platforms, and solutions. Shuki's work has been focused on driving innovation, generating new revenue streams, and leading global innovation agendas.

Shuki Licht's education history is as follows:

- In 2022, they attended Harvard Business School for an executive-level education in Disruptive Strategy.

- From 2016 onwards, they pursued executive education in Innovation Management at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
