Eric Balduf has a diverse work experience in various roles within different companies. Eric started their career as a Laborer for the Westborough Department of Public Works, where they worked on various projects for the Water Department, Engineering Department, and Tree Department. Later, they joined State Street, where they held multiple positions including Operations Processing Analyst, Associate II - Client Cash, Associate II - Investment Manager Services, and Senior Associate IT Business Consultant. After that, Eric worked for Signature Consultants as a Business System Analyst, focusing on triaging production issues and optimizing processes. Eric then joined Eaton Vance as an Associate Technical Business Systems Analyst, where they used tools such as Tableau and Microsoft SQL Server to help the Fixed Income Investment Teams generate alpha for their clients. Most recently, Eric worked as a Senior Business Analyst at HarbourVest Partners, where they were part of the Quantitative Investment Science (QIS) team, contributing to product strategy and implementing features using their technical skills and knowledge of private markets. Currently, they are a Principal Business Analyst at HealthEquity.

Eric Balduf holds a Master's degree in Business Analytics from UMass Boston, which they obtained from 2018 to 2020. Eric completed their Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Statistics at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended King Philip Regional High School from 2009 to 2013. In terms of certifications, Eric obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance in March 2023, the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in 2021, the Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner certification from IBM in 2018, and the AWS Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in January 2020.
