Jeff Maschka is an experienced executive with a diverse background in program delivery, strategic planning, and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Delivery Services at Independence Pet Group since October 2023, Jeff also holds advisory and executive roles at Lexico and HealtheFirst. Previous positions include Customer Success Executive at Naehas, Director of Strategic Program Delivery at Shutterfly, Inc., and Sr. Program Consultant at UnitedHealth Group and Cargill. Jeff’s early career featured significant contributions at Univita Health Inc and Long Term Care Group. Jeff earned an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a BS in Computer Science and Business Administration from Winona State University.
