Sree Maalika T N possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition at HealthEdge since October 2021. Prior to this role, Sree worked as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Acquia for a brief period in 2021 and held multiple positions at Softtek from June 2013 to September 2021, including Senior Executive Talent Acquisition, Senior Resource Analyst, Resource Analyst, and Consulting Coordinator. Sree has a proven track record of overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, building high-performing teams in technical fields such as SAP and Machine Learning, and facilitating PAN India hiring and global deployment. Academically, Sree earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences (Electronics) from Acharya Nagarjuna University between 2010 and 2013, following a foundation in education at Narayana Junior College and Kennedy High School.
