Pawel Januszewicz has over 30 years of work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Pawel is currently serving as the VP of Solution Architecture at HealthEdge since November 2016. Prior to that, they held positions such as VP of Technical Services, Director of Technical Services, and Lead Solutions Architect at the same company. Before joining HealthEdge, Pawel worked at Wellington Management as a Lead Engineer/Vice President from July 2007 to June 2010. Pawel also has experience in managerial roles at Iron Mountain, serving as the Manager of Software Engineering and later as Principal Engineer. Pawel has also worked at Workscape, ZEFER, Software 2000, Liberty Mutual Insurance, and CrossComm Corp. throughout their career, acquiring valuable skills in software architecture, development, and engineering.

Pawel Januszewicz has an MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, obtained from 2005 to 2007. Pawel also has an MS/ME degree in Telecommunications from Gdańsk University of Technology, obtained from 1989 to 1996. Additionally, they have obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional certification from Amazon Web Services in August 2018.
