Plotkin, P.C., a full-service law firm specializing in areas such as HIPAA compliance, creditors’ rights, FDCPA compliance and defense, FCRA compliance and defense, GLBA compliance, commercial litigation, employment law, and corporate law, with a practice established in April 1996. Adam Plotkin earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law between 1990 and 1993 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Denver, completed in 1990.
