Kelly Memphis serves as the Director of State Government Affairs at HDA - Healthcare Distribution Alliance since December 2021, following a tenure as Senior Manager of Government Relations at the Public Affairs Council. With significant experience in government relations, Kelly has effectively lobbied for key policies and managed grassroots advocacy campaigns for the American College of Cardiology. Kelly’s earlier roles include Program Coordinator at the International Association of Women Judges, where substantial international programs were developed, and experience as a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks. Academic credentials include a BA in International Studies and Political Science, awarded cum laude from Towson University.
