Santosh Kumar Pandey has over 19 years of professional experience in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, with a strong focus on research and development as well as process improvement. Currently serving as an Assistant Manager in R&D and Process at Healthcaps India Ltd since April 2011, Santosh has developed extensive project management skills and has five years of dedicated experience in R&D alongside 14 years in process-related roles. Previous positions include Senior Chemist overseeing the gelatin department, Junior Executive at ACG Worldwide responsible for HPMC solution preparation, Shift Supervisor at Rubber Industries India Ltd, and Packaging Supervisor at Softesule Pvt Ltd, where responsibility included training production staff.
