Erin G. has extensive work experience in client success and account management roles. Erin is currently the Director of Client Success at HealthBook+ since January 2023. Prior to this, they held positions at Practicing Excellence, where they worked as a Senior Client Success Account Manager from October 2020 to January 2023, and as a Client Success Account Manager from November 2018 to October 2020. Erin also worked as a Child Life and Therapeutic Recreation Activities Coordinator at Shriners Hospitals for Children - Northern California in 2018. Before that, Erin was a Customer Success Manager at Act-On Software, Inc. from November 2013 to June 2016. Erin began their career as a Client Support Specialist at School Innovations And Achievement from June 2010 to June 2012.
