Stephanie Bishop is a Registered Dietitian with extensive experience in various healthcare settings. Currently serving nursing home residents at DiningRD since August 2019, Stephanie previously worked with Fresenius Kidney Care from February 2016 to November 2018, where responsibilities included reviewing monthly lab results and educating patients, caregivers, and clinical staff on renal diets. From June 2013 to February 2016, experience as an Outpatient/Inpatient Dietitian at Mcleod Regional Medical Center involved nutrition screening, assessment, and individualized counseling for both inpatient and long-term care patients. Stephanie holds a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and a Dietetic Internship from Winthrop University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of South Carolina.
