Holly Brimberry is a dedicated professional with experience in community health and support services. Currently serving as a Degreed Peer Support Specialist at Health Solutions since June 2021, Holly utilizes personal experience to foster trust and rapport with vulnerable populations as part of the Assertive Community Treatment Team. Prior to this role, Holly worked as a Community Care Manager at North Colorado Health Alliance from April 2019 to January 2021, where the focus was on promoting person-centered wellness to enhance patient care and reduce costs for vulnerable populations. Holly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Northern Colorado, obtained between 2015 and 2018.
