Matt O'Bryan has been serving as Board President and Board Member at Madrid-Waddington Central School since July 2005. Matt is also a Member of the Board of Trustees at the Village of Waddington since December 2016. In addition, Matt has been working as an Administrator at Health Services of Northern New York since January 1993. Matt O'Bryan completed their education at St. Lawrence University, Clarkson University, and SUNY Potsdam between 1983 and 1992.
