Petra Aarnoutse currently serves as the Community Manager for BioSB - TDCC-Life Sciences & Health at Health-RI since October 2022. Prior to this role, Petra worked as the Program Manager for ATLAS at COAST - Analytical Science and Technology from December 2017 to October 2022. Over a long academic and professional career, Petra held the position of Research Scientist at the University of Amsterdam from 2001 until October 2022, and also at TNO Quality of Life from 1998 to 2003. Additional experience includes roles as a Research Analytical Chemist at RIVM from 1996 to 1999, Head Analyst at LIJEMPF from 1994 to 1996, and Analyst at Dienst Getijdewateren Rijks Waterstaat from 1992 to 1994. Petra's education includes a VWO Beta degree from Fivelcollege Delfzijl and a Bachelor of Science from Het Van Hall Instituut.
