Kathryn Quigley possesses a robust background in administrative support within various health and legal environments. Currently serving as Executive Program Assistant to the Deputy Commissioner and Deputy Director of the Department of Health's Office of Public Health at Health Research, Inc. since June 2020, Kathryn has previously held positions including Healthcare Organization Operations Administrator to the Special Advisor to the Commissioner of Health at Staffing Solutions Organization LLC, and Sr. Secretary to the Department of Health Director of the Division of Long Term Care at IPRO. Additional experience includes roles as a Legal Secretary at Sheehan Greene Carraway Golderman & Jacques and a Word Processor at Hinman Straub P.C., as well as Executive Secretary to the Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum at Kingston City School District. Kathryn completed a Certificate in Legal Secretarial Studies at Berkeley Secretarial School in 1977.
