Jillian is also the President of JM Career Services and Consulting, providing expertise to educational institutions on enhancing student experiences and outcomes. With a background as Dean of Instruction and Professor of Business at Bryant & Stratton College, and as an adjunct professor at various institutions, Jillian has consistently contributed to academia and career development initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Psychology in Human and Organizational Psychology, an MBA, and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management.
