Catherine Lukas possesses extensive experience in account operations and business solutions, currently serving as the Director for Account Operations and previously as the VP of Business Solutions & Analytics at Health Plans, Inc. since September 2012. Prior roles include Director of Training at Eldorado Computing (2009-2012), Director of Operations at Health Plans, Inc. (2004-2009), Senior Manager of Member and Provider Relations at Harvard University Health Services (1998-2004), Customer Relations Supervisor at Tufts Associated Health Plans (1996-1998), and Conservator at both The Museum of American Textile History and Gardner Museum (1993-1996). Catherine holds a Graduate Certificate in Business Management from Harvard University and a Bachelor's Degree in Textile Conservation and Art History from Pine Manor College. Additional educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Disorders from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
