Kearline Jones serves as the Senior Vice President of Government & External Affairs at Health Partners Plans, a position held since June 1996, after previously serving as Vice President. Prior experience includes a role as Compliance Officer at Greater Atlantic Health Service from April 1989 to June 1996. Kearline Jones holds a Doctorate of Law in Health Law obtained from Widener University School of Law from 2003 to 2005, as well as a Masters of Jurisprudence in Health Law from the same institution from 2001 to 2003. An undergraduate degree in Political Science and History was earned from Chestnut Hill College between 1982 and 1986.
