Joyce R. W. is an experienced leader in community engagement and marketing operations with a significant history in the healthcare industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Community Engagement and Marketing Operations at Health Partners Plans since August 2018, Joyce R. W. has also held the position of Director of Community Engagement at the same organization since February 2017. Prior roles include Regional Director of Community Development at Aetna from April 2010 to February 2017, and Manager of Marketing/Community Development at Coventry Health Care from March 2010 to May 2014. Earlier in the career, Joyce R. W. served as Manager of Community Outreach and Education at Independence Blue Cross from April 1993 to April 2010.
