Fannie Perrucci has extensive experience in customer experience management, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Experience at both Health Partners Plans since July 2015 and Jefferson Health Plans since February 2023. Fannie also held the role of Outreach Coordinator for Baby Partners during tenure at Health Partners Plans. Prior to this, Fannie worked as an esthetician at Ultrabeauty from March 2005 to July 2015. Fannie is fluent in Russian, enhancing communication and outreach efforts.
