Dianne Thomas-Adebonojo is an experienced manager at Health Partners Plans since October 2011, specializing in regulatory compliance analysis, project management, and call center operations with a comprehensive understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and CHIP policies. Dianne has expertise in HIPAA, fraud and abuse, and CMS audit protocols, effectively directing the daily operations of the Medicare, Medicaid, and CHIP telephone unit while leading a cross-functional team to meet service requirements. Prior roles include Group Leader at Quest Diagnostics and Claims Specialist at Lakeside Community Healthcare, with a foundation in claims examination at Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield.
