Kim Jones is an experienced health care professional currently serving as the Lead Maternal Health Navigator at Health Partners of Western Ohio since March 2022. Previous roles include working as a Claims Examiner/Case Management at Health Management Solutions from September 2015 to February 2023, where medical management of services for injured workers was a primary responsibility. Prior to that, Kim held positions as a Claims Examiner at ProMedica and as a Customer Service Representative at both ProMedica and Medical Mutual. Education includes a Community Health Worker Certificate from Mercy College of Ohio and a Certificate in Medical Billing from Professional Skills Institute. Kim also pursued ongoing education at the University of Phoenix since 2005.
