Kate Foody is the Clinical Nutrition Manager at Health Loft since April 2021. Prior to this role, Kate worked as the Culinary Production Manager at Gourmet Gorilla, Inc. Good Food For Kids from March 2019 to April 2021. Kate also has experience as a Dietetic Intern at Benedictine University and has conducted research on the emotional health of older adults in senior living communities. With a background in nutrition and dietetics, Kate has also held positions at Township of Lyons, MOFU Tofu Company, Spoon University, Saint Louis University, and Vie Restaurant. Kate holds a Master's degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from Benedictine University and a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition & Dietetics with an Emphasis in Food Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Saint Louis University.
