Sylvia Newman is an experienced RN Case Manager currently working at Health Link Home Health Agency since December 2022. Prior to this role, Sylvia held similar positions at On My Care and Malibu Detox & Residential Treatment Center, where responsibilities included managing nursing departments and overseeing care practices. Sylvia has a strong background in nursing, having worked at CHA Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center and Soba Recovery Center, focusing on patient care in critical and recovery settings. Beginning a career as an LVN at Premier Home Healthcare, Sylvia developed skills in pediatric care, medication administration, and electronic charting. Sylvia holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Nurse Educator from West Coast University and is currently pursuing a Family Nurse Practitioner degree at the same institution.
