Jason Knapik is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various financial roles. Currently serving as a Senior Accountant and Lead Assistant Manager at Health Integrated, an EXL company, since October 2017, Jason specializes in month-end closing procedures and ensuring GAAP compliance while overseeing billing and collections for health insurance clients. Previously, Jason held senior accounting positions with multiple clients in the Tampa, FL area, including work with Anchor Glass Container Corporation and Surgery Partners LLC. Prior experience includes a role as Lead Pension Accountant at General Electric, where Jason prepared financial statements for pension plans, as well as positions in contract management and real estate. Jason holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Business/Management from The Sage Colleges-Sage College of Albany.
