Leliveld Emeni, PMP, CPHIMS, currently serves as Branch Chief and Senior Health IT Program Analyst at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services since October 2022. Prior to this role, Leliveld was the Healthcare Information Technology Manager at Zane Networks, LLC from November 2016 to December 2021, and held the position of Director of Medical Informatics at Prevention at Home, Milken Institute School of Public Health, George Washington University from July 2015 to November 2016. Additional experience includes roles such as HIT Implementation Manager at ZaneNetConnect, Healthcare Information Services Consultant at New England Quality Care Alliance, and various positions in health IT and clinical implementation from 2011 to 2014. Leliveld Emeni holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Maryland and is currently pursuing EHR Specialist Training at the Community College of Baltimore County.
