Taylor Hankinson started their work experience as a Reporting/Writing Intern at NBC Lima in 2006. Taylor then held an internship as a Staff Writer at Cox Media Group Ohio in 2008. In 2009, they worked as a Lead Editorial Intern at ALIVE Magazine. Taylor then took on Communications Internships at both Kasich Taylor For Ohio and Junior Achievement of Central Ohio in 2010. Taylor also worked as a Social Media Maven at Burgie MediaFusion, LLC and as a Marketing Manager at OPENonline | Background Checks in the same year. From 2011 to 2015, Taylor served as a Marketing Manager at OPENonline | Background Checks, where they managed Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and the company website. In 2014, they co-founded the419 and served as a Brand Manager & Contributing Writer until 2016. During this time, they led the team, facilitated training, and analyzed market trends. In 2016, Taylor worked as a Freelance Digital Marketing Consultant, where they utilized their storytelling skills and digital marketing expertise. Finally, since 2017, they have been the Director of Marketing at Health Information Associates, Inc., overseeing all marketing communications and driving brand awareness.
Taylor Hankinson's education history begins in 2000 when they attended Upper St. Clair High School. They then went on to attend Shawnee High School from 2003 to 2004. After that, Taylor attended the University of Dayton from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Management.
In addition to their formal education, Taylor also obtained several certifications. In 2013, they became certified in Google Advertising Fundamentals and Search Advertising Advanced through Google. In 2014, they obtained an Inbound Marketing Certified certification from HubSpot. Finally, in 2015, Taylor obtained a Google Apps Certification from Google.
