Danielle Schneck has extensive experience in social work and care management, currently serving as a Care Manager at Healthfirst since December 2024. Previously, Danielle worked as a Social Work Care Manager at VillageCareMax and as a Behavioral Health Supervisor at AgeWell New York from June 2017 to December 2024. Danielle's foundational experience includes serving as the Violence Intervention and Treatment Program Coordinator at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center, where responsibilities included providing crisis counseling and support for survivors of violence. Early career roles included social work internships at Flushing Hospital Medical Center and Deepdale CARES-NORC, focusing on crisis intervention, assessments, and group facilitation, as well as a psychology internship at A. Holly Patterson, where mental health assessments and counseling were provided. Danielle holds a Master of Social Work from Adelphi University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from St. Joseph's University New York.
