Cheryl Ann Dykstra is an experienced professional in quality assurance and social media strategy, currently serving as the A&G Quality Assurance Team Lead at Healthfirst since July 2019. Previously, Cheryl held roles as a Social Media Strategist and Content Writer at Sales & Marketing Technologies and as a Social Media Strategist at ChamberofCommerce.com, where responsibilities included content creation and management on social platforms. Cheryl's early career involved graphic design and social media marketing in various internships, contributing to projects for organizations such as CityArts Factory and Downtown Orlando Information Center. Cheryl holds a Bachelor's degree in Advertising/Public Relations from the University of Central Florida and an AA in General Studies from State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota.
