Alana Mermer, MBA, SHRM SCP, is a seasoned professional in organizational development and learning delivery with extensive experience in the healthcare and retail sectors. Since October 2017, Alana has held various leadership roles at Healthfirst, currently serving as Director of Learning Enterprise Delivery, after progressing through positions such as Senior Manager Learning Delivery and Organizational Development Manager. Prior to Healthfirst, Alana contributed to SEPHORA from November 2008 to August 2017 in roles including Learning and Development Manager, Senior Store Communications Project Manager, and Store Director. Alana holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Hospitality Marketing and Finance, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management and an Associate of Science in Hotel Management, all from Johnson & Wales University.
