Shahbaz Khan has extensive experience in credit control, currently serving as the Credit Control Manager at HCML since 2012. In this role, Shahbaz manages a team of four credit controllers and oversees all debtor ledgers, focusing on the collection of excess values and resolving long-term debt issues. Responsibilities include developing customer relationships, maintaining accurate cash allocation in the accounting system, managing advance payments and external funding, and preparing monthly cash movement and analysis reports for the board. Shahbaz also ensures the timely updating of sales ledgers and oversees the reconciliation of ledgers to customer records, while working closely with operations teams to enhance billing processes and customer experiences. Prior to HCML, Shahbaz worked as a Credit Controller at Criterion Capital Management.
