Donita Ross serves as the Associate Chief Nurse Officer and VP of Health Carousel International, having been with the organization since June 2017. In this role, Donita provides extensive knowledge and leadership in work culture, quality improvement, and customer satisfaction within the healthcare sector, supporting both nurses and clients to enhance patient outcomes. Prior to Health Carousel, Donita held various nursing leadership positions at PassportUSA and TriHealth, where responsibilities included administrative oversight of specialized departments and promoting quality improvement initiatives. Donita's educational background includes a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from The College of Mount St Joseph and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the same institution, as well as a nursing diploma from Bethesda Hospital School of Nursing.
