Kate Gleason-Bachman possesses extensive experience in nursing and public health, currently serving as the Clinical and Quality Improvement Nurse Manager at the National Health Care for the Homeless Council and as a Registered Nurse at Project HOME's Hub of Hope since January and July 2022, respectively. Previous roles include Director of Nursing and Population Health at Pathways to Housing PA and Community Care Coordinator at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals.
