Chelsea Hardin Hensley currently serves as the Senior Membership & Database Manager at the National Health Care for the Homeless Council, where responsibilities include overseeing the NEON CRM, managing database records for fundraising and membership, and developing strategies to enhance Council membership. Prior experience includes the role of Senior Manager of Membership & Database at the Center for Nonprofit Management in Nashville, where Chelsea managed events and increased membership engagement. Additional roles involved project management for public health initiatives, office management for a nonprofit combating human trafficking, and various admissions positions at Cumberland University. Chelsea holds a Master of Science in Public Service Management and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Humanities and Social Sciences from Cumberland University.
