Libbie Wallace has extensive experience in performance measurement, reporting, policy analysis, and marketing, currently serving as Manager of Performance Measurement and Reporting at Health Canada since September 2008. Libbie has held various roles within Health Canada, including Senior Policy Analyst, Senior Communications Advisor, and Acting Chief of Marketing. Previous positions include Senior Marketing Manager at Cognos (an IBM Company), Manager of Analyst Relations & Public Relations at Webplan, and Marketing Manager at Akara and Eftia. Libbie began a career in marketing with roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Transport Technology Publishing, and Operation Enterprise. Academic qualifications include an MBA from the University of Ottawa and a BSc in Business with a focus on Marketing from Elmira College.
