Hazem Ghozz currently serves as Customer Service Supervisor for Hospitals Operations at Health Assurance Hospitals Company - DHAMAN since April 2022. Prior to this role, Hazem worked as Outpatient Revenue Supervisor at Kuwait Hospital from May 2021 to March 2022. From July 2011 to March 2021, Hazem held various positions at Dar Al Shifa Hospital, including In-patient Supervisor and Supervisor of the Insurance Approvals office for In-patients, beginning as a Receptionist & Insurance Assistant. Hazem received a Diploma in Health Care Management & Quality from TRACCERT-Gulf University for Science & Technology-Gates Group in March 2023 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, specializing in Accounting and Finance, from Minufiya University, completed in September 2005.
