Sharese Henry holds a Master's degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from the same institution. With extensive experience in the healthcare industry, Sharese has been with Health Alliance Plan since August 2015, where roles have included Supervisor-Customer Service Support, Project Coordinator/Operations Support, Quality Analyst, Provider Inquiry Specialist, and Client Services Specialist. Prior to this, Sharese worked at Henry Ford Health as a Contact Center Advocate from April 2008 to August 2015.
