Julian Baker is an experienced professional in the digital and marketing sectors, currently serving as Customer Director at Heal's since April 2022. Prior roles include Managing Director - Digital at a Luxury Watch and Jewellery Brand, and Global Digital Director at The Body Shop, where efforts contributed to the brand's global presence in over 65 countries.
