Sharon Burgess is an experienced operations and customer service professional with a robust career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Healix since March 2023, Sharon previously held the position of Customer Services Manager - Corporate at AXA PPP Healthcare Group Plc from August 2015 to March 2023. Additionally, Sharon spent 25 years at Simplyhealth from April 1990 to July 2015, also in the role of Customer Services Manager.
