Tiju K Raju has extensive experience in the field of business intelligence and analytics. They currently serve as the Analytics Lead at Healius Limited since April 2021. Prior to that, Tiju held the position of Business Intelligence Lead at Insight from November 2018 to April 2021. Before joining Insight, Tiju worked as the Lead Business Analyst at Consumer Physics, Inc. (SCiO) from July 2016 to August 2018. Tiju also has experience working at Orio Builders as the Business Intelligence Team Lead from February 2014 to April 2015 and as a Senior Business Analyst from March 2012 to January 2014. They began their career as a Business Analyst at Orange Solutions from July 2011 to February 2012.

Tiju K Raju completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Politics & Sociology at Christ University, Bangalore from 2005 to 2008. From 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on International Finance at Deakin University. From 2015 to 2017, they attended La Trobe University, where they obtained a Master of Information Technology degree with a specialization in Business and IT.
