Dori Newhouse has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Dori began their career at Atkins Inc. as the Director of Administration in 2011. In 2016, they moved to Moresource Inc. as the Executive Director of Operations. In 2017, they began working at Fisher Properties Inc. as the Director of Human Resources and Public Relations. During the same year, they also served as a Board Member of RACS and a Board of Directors Member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Missouri. In 2020, they joined Healium as a Sales Business Development and in 2021 they began working at Veterans United Home Loans as a People Development Partner.

Dori Newhouse has a Bachelor of Education (BEd) from Binghamton University in Human Development and Family Studies, General. Dori also has two certificates from Cornell University, one in Strategic Human Resources Leadership and one in Conflict Resolution.
