Dr. Lucas Mittelmeier is an experienced investment professional currently with Heal Capital since November 2023. Prior to this role, Dr. Mittelmeier served as a Senior Associate at Strategy& from July 2021 to November 2023, where contributions included strategic projects in the pharmaceutical sector with significant portfolio and investment decisions exceeding 300 million euros. In addition, Dr. Mittelmeier co-founded theblood and operated as Chief Medical Officer from January to August 2023, successfully developing a menstrual blood test technology and securing over 1 million euros in funding. Dr. Mittelmeier's early career included internships in event management and business administration between July 2013 and August 2014, focusing on improving cost-effectiveness through process optimization.
