Igor Lazarev began their work experience in 1999 as a Consultant at Personnel. Igor then moved on to Zenith in 2000, working as an Outdoor Buyer until 2002. From 2002 to 2004, they served as the Head of Outdoor department at MPG Ukraine. In 2004, they joined Starcom as a Strategy Planner, a role they held until 2008.
