Paul Chan serves as the General Manager at Headstart since May 2006, where significant contributions include expanding the School Business in Hong Kong and Macau and enhancing the company's reputation within the industry. Prior to this role, Paul worked as a Senior Manager within the Educational Services Department, where achievements included meeting sales targets and enhancing customer service. Paul also has editorial experience, having led a team as Editorial Manager to develop original book projects and manage editorial workflows. Previous roles at Science Workshop Limited included directing institutional programs and training future educators, as well as serving as a Teaching Assistant, focusing on resource management and providing teaching support. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Applied Biology from City University of Hong Kong.
