Professor Vlatka Ariaana Hlupic is a distinguished leader in the fields of leadership training, consulting, and coaching. As the Founder and CEO of Management Shift Solutions since May 2021, Vlatka focuses on enhancing business performance through evidence-based methodologies and assessments. Vlatka serves as the Honorary President at the Academy of Executive Coaching while also holding the position of Professor of Leadership and Management at Hult International Business School. In addition, Vlatka contributes as a Global Thought Leader at the Internal Consulting Group and is part of the Global Faculty at Headspring. With a strong commitment to responsible management, Vlatka was the CEO of the Drucker Society London until 2021 and has experience as a visiting professor at Birkbeck, University of London, and the University of the Arts London. Vlatka's academic background includes a PhD in Information Systems from the London School of Economics and degrees in Information Systems and Economics from the University of Zagreb.
