Samuel Laufer is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategy and growth, currently serving as Vice President at Headout since October 2016. In this role, Samuel has successfully led the implementation of launch and scale roadmaps for Europe, established offices in London and Berlin, and built a diverse team of 15 employees across several functions. Samuel's leadership facilitated the launch of operations in nine countries and 20 cities within a year, acquiring over 5,000 experiences through partnerships and managing regulatory affairs. Prior to Headout, Samuel held leadership positions at Jumia Group, where as Head of Category Management, substantial improvements in sales and revenue were achieved. Additional experience includes a role at L'Oréal in travel retail. Samuel holds a Master’s in Management from emlyon business school and a Bachelor of Arts in European Social and Political Studies from UCL, complemented by an Erasmus exchange at Freie Universität Berlin.
