Marius Geldner, CFA, currently serves as CFO of Headmade Materials GmbH since January 2020, bringing extensive experience in corporate finance and restructuring. Previously, Marius Geldner consulted for Marius Geldner Corporate Finance from July 2018 to December 2020 and led the spin-off of Headmade Materials at SKZ – Das Kunststoff-Zentrum during the same period. Marius Geldner held the position of Bereichsleiter Transaktionen & Restrukturierung at ETL Auditax from July 2014 to June 2018 and served as a Senior Consultant in Transaction Advisory Services and Audit Banking at EY from September 2009 to June 2014. Academically, Marius Geldner achieved a CFA Charterholder designation from the CFA Institute and holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, alongside a Diplom-Betriebswirt (FH) from the Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt.
