Kyle Burtnett has a diverse range of work experience in various leadership roles. Starting in 1998, they served as an Air Force Officer for five years. Following that, they joined Tenet Healthcare in 2003 and held several positions including Vice President, Director, and Senior Vice President. At Tenet Healthcare, they were involved in growth strategies, implementing Lean methodology, and driving operational improvements. In 2015, they became Chief Integration Officer & President, Ambulatory Services at United Surgical Partners International, overseeing company strategy and the development of non-surgical businesses. From 2017 to 2020, they served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer/Chief Operating Officer at Conifer Health Solutions, transforming the company into a leading healthcare services provider. From 2020 to 2023, they worked at GI Alliance as President and Chief Growth Officer. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Executive Officer at Headlands Research since 2023.
Kyle Burtnett attended the United States Air Force Academy from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General business studies. Subsequently, they pursued further education at the USC Marshall School of Business from 2001 to 2003, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
