Alexandra Russo is an experienced data associate currently employed at Heading Home since February 2018, where responsibilities include supporting data collection protocols, creating custom reporting tools, conducting data audits, and ensuring accurate data input into the ETO system. Prior to this role, Alexandra served as an administrative assistant at Jenzabar, providing administrative support to senior managers, and as an operations manager at Town House Lodge, overseeing daily operations and maximizing revenue. Additional experience includes roles as an admissions event intern and media intern at the State University of New York at Fredonia, as well as serving as vice president of communications for Enactus. Alexandra holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing and Leadership Studies from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
